1. Introduction To it all
When you first signed up for our service, you should have received a warm welcome email in your inbox. This email was designed to provide you with all the essential information you need to get started with your new account. Within this email, you would have found details about your account, including your unique server IP address. Additionally, the email would have contained your Plesk login credentials, as well as the necessary settings for IMAP, POP, and SMTP.
We understand that sometimes emails can go astray or be overlooked, so if you've misplaced the welcome email or didn't receive it in the first place, don't worry! You can easily access all the information you need by logging into your client dashboard at any time.
To do so, simply navigate to the dashboard using your preferred web browser. Once you're there, you'll find all the details you need about your account, including your server IP address, Plesk login information, and the settings for IMAP, POP, and SMTP. If you need further assistance or have any questions, our friendly support team is always available to help.
Login as usual and you’ll be taken to your dashboard.
After logging in, you will be directed to your dashboard where you can find your account profile by clicking on your name located in the upper right corner. This will grant you access to your emails from Madrona Hosting.
3. Email History
To access your email history, simply click on the "View Message" button next to the email you wish to view. The "New Account Information" email will provide you with your server details.
Please note that if you have changed your password since your initial sign-up, the password provided in the email may no longer be valid.
The “New Account Information” email will have your initial account details.
