3. Domain registration
When you register a domain name, the registrar — including any of its affiliates or resellers — is required by the registry to collect and publish certain registrant information in accordance with the registry's policy. The domain name owner will have access to a domain management account, and will be able to transfer the domain name to another registrar.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including card processors and cryptocurrency processors, under their own privacy terms. We never store full card details on our systems.
5. Data retention and security
Personal data is retained for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to deliver the service. We apply the same anti-virus, malware protection and patching standards to our own systems as we do to hosted sites.
6. Your rights
